THE BIRTHDAY SHOP offers a simpler set of design options than our Custom Cake offerings. 

 

We proudly use mostly ORGANIC ingredients in our cakes. This includes organic butter, flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla beans, and fruit. Our cakes are filled with a choice of italian meringue based buttercreams or cream cheese based frostings. The buttercream is very light in texture & subtly sweet. The cream cheese frosting is a little thicker & a little sweeter with a bit of tang.

 

The most important thing is to enjoy the cakes at ROOM TEMPERATURE! If the cake is not tempered before serving, the cake will seem dry and the buttercream will be hard.

HOW TO ORDER:

Please email your order to elissa@delissiouscakestudio.com. Include in your email the date of event, size, flavor, décor, color [ivory, pale pink, light mint green, or light blue] and your personalized message. All designs come as is. If you need a bigger cake or something different than what is offered on this page, please visit the CUSTOM CAKE page.

These cakes can be picked up or delivered Tuesdays - Fridays. During high wedding season [June-October], we have limited availability for birthday cakes. Please order well in advance.
